Meanwhile The Governor of the West Region, Awa Fonka Augustine has praised the Cameroon Association of Media Professionals CAMP for being consistent in the training of journalists in the country.
The words of encouragement were dished out by the Chief Executive of the region during an audience that he granted CAMP’s top management on Wednesday September 7, 2022 in his office.
Upon arrival the National President of CAMP, Solomon Agborem told the Governor that their training was in line with a grant from the Canadian High commission through the Canadian Fund for local initiative to train 90 journalists in three regions of Cameroon.
He went on to state that the launch of the training was a huge success while praising the Governor for putting in place necessary measures for effective back to school. Governor Fonka Awa on his part was elated by the visit of the CAMP Delegation.
